PURPOSE: A compressor control device of a manual air conditioner system for a vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to control the action of a compressor according to the external temperature of a vehicle, and the temperature control and the airflow control by a driver. CONSTITUTION: A compressor control device(100) of a manual air conditioner system for a vehicle includes: a sensor unit(110) merging a first signal(Sa), a second signal(Sb) and a third signal(Sc) outputted respectively from an external temperature sensor(111), a temperature control switch sensor(113) and an airflow switch sensor(115) and outputting into one sensing signal(SS); and a control unit(120) outputting a control signal(CNT) enabling to control the operation of a compressor from the sensing signal outputted from the sensor unit.
