METHOD FOR SCREENING INHIBITORS OF LIVER CANCER

PURPOSE: A screening system of a material which suppresses HBx and APC interaction is provided to activate a signal transduction pathway and to effectively suppress liver cancer. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material which suppresses HBx and APC interaction comprises: a step of preparing HBx and APC proteins; a step of contacting the proteins with a test material; and a step of comparing the interaction of HBx and APC with the interaction of a control group. A method for screening a liver cancer inhibitor comprises: a step of preparing cells which expresses HBx and APC proteins; a step of contacting the cells with a test material; and a step of measuring beta-catechin concentration in the cell and a control group.
