A substituted pyridazinyl amine derivatives of fomula I, and pharmceutical acceptalbe salts or hydrates thereof, preparation method, pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds, and their use as picorna virus inhibitors in the treatment and prophylaxis of viral diseases induced by picorna virus.
