PURPOSE: A separating unit is provided to safely protect using a pedestrian and a user using a blocking rod. CONSTITUTION: A fixed pipe(6) is fixed to a vertical post(1) by a fastening bolt(3). A variable cap(8) is fixed to the fixed pipe by an elastic spring(7). A fixing protrusion(10) comprises a spiral coupling groove(9). One end of the elastic spring is fixed to the fixing protrusion. The other end of the elastic spring is fixed to a spiral fixing groove(11).
