<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack device for suppressing the deterioration and breakage of fuel cell units, and to provide a fuel cell module and a fuel cell device. <P>SOLUTION: The cell stack device includes a cell stack in which the plurality of columnar fuel cell units 3 each having a first reaction gas flow path 9 inside for generating power with first reaction gas and second reaction gas are arrayed via collector members in the state of being erected and electrically connected to one another, and which is configured to burn the first reaction gas and the second reaction gas not used for generating power on the upper end sides of the fuel cell units 3. A flow path is formed inside to cover the upper faces of the fuel cell units 3 so that the first reaction gas flowing in the first reaction gas flow path 9 flows further upward from the upper ends of the fuel cell units 3, and a flow path member 8 having a combustion catalyst 17 is arranged on the upper part thereof to suppress the deterioration and breakage of the fuel cell units 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
