PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure enhancing the design freedom of a projected portion of a rubber insulator in a bracket for supporting a steering housing against a vehicle. SOLUTION: A power steering device is installed in the steering housing, and is formed in a tubular shape having a first through hole therein. The bracket 9 includes: a tubular outer tube member 13 having the first through hole 24 formed therein; a tubular inner tube member 14 having a second through hole 25 formed therein; an insulator 15 (first elastic member) fixedly adhered to the outer periphery of the inner tube member 14 by vulcanization molding; and an upper rubber sheet 11 (second elastic member) and a lower rubber sheet 12 (third elastic member) disposed on both axial end portions of the outer tube member 13, respectively.
