PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless terminal device for reliably preventing a delay of information reception, while suppressing power consumption. SOLUTION: The wireless terminal device 400 includes an application part 403 for acquiring service data, including a plurality of kinds of information to be acquired at a prescribed different interval, from a wireless base station by wireless communication and using the data, a wireless communication part 402, an in-service-range determiner 405 for determining whether any of the plurality of kinds of information is acquirable by wireless communication based on the service data to be acquired by wireless communication, and a start control unit 401 for controlling the start/stop of the wireless communication part 402 so as to perform wireless communication at prescribed intervals corresponding to the information when at least one of the plurality of kinds of information is acquirable by wireless communication. The start control unit 401 controls the start/stop of the wireless communication part 402 so as to perform wireless communication at the shortest interval among the prescribed intervals when none of the plurality of kinds of information is acquirable by wireless communication.
