<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can have high luminance, high current efficiency and a long lifetime although being made multilayered by a wet film forming method, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the device and the method of manufacturing the same such that the device has two or more opposite electrodes on a substrate and organic layers each disposed between two of the electrodes, and at least one organic layer is a charge transporting organic layer containing a reaction product of a charge transporting compound having two or more aldehyde groups and an organic transition metal complex. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
