PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saw blade having excellent cutting efficiency and durability, and also to provide a reciprocating saw having the saw blade. SOLUTION: A base end side part 12 is curved so that the extending direction of a base end part approaches in a direction parallel to an axis 11A of a mounting part 11. A direction B which is the longitudinal direction of the base end side part 12, and extending from the mounting part 11 is an axis 11A direction, and makes an acute angle upward with respect to a direction A directed toward the base end side part 12 from the mounting part 11. Each addendum of teeth 12A is directed in a direction approaching the tip side part 13. The top side part 13 is curved so that the extending direction of the top part recedes from the direction parallel to the axis 11A of the mounting part 11. A direction C which is the longitudinal direction of the top side part 13, and extending from the base end side part 12 is the axis 11A direction, and makes an acute angle downward with respect to the direction A directed toward the base end side part 12 from the mounting part 11.
