PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip washing brush helping improve flakiness or roughness on the lip surface and enhance the blood circulation through a massage effect by providing the brush with a brush member that microvibrations. SOLUTION: The lip washing brush for cleaning the lip surface includes at least one brush member 2 for helping prevent the lip surface from being unnecessarily flaky and improve the blood circulation and a handle 3 provided with a mechanism able to attach or detach the member 2 and providing it with microvibrations. The mechanism includes a decentering weight 7 equipped on an output shaft of a motor 6. Frequencies to be provided to the member 2 is brought by frequencies from the weight 7 following the motor having a rotating speed of 6,000-18,000 rpm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
