PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exercise apparatus capable of effectively training the pelvic floor muscle. SOLUTION: Stirrups 16 are hung from right and left sides of a seat 13 which is swung by a swing driving device 12. A user's right and left feet are individually supported by the stirrups 16. The exercise apparatus includes a rotation driving device 30 having a motor 31 as a drive source. The rotation driving device makes the user's right and left hip joints perform exercise of the external rotation and internal rotation at the same time by rotating a second connection piece 22b of each stirrup 16 with the drive force of the motor.
