PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing which prevents noise or damage caused by collision between segments from arising by eliminating clearance between the segments of a separative retainer. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing retained at a constant interval by a separative retainer 16 in which an outer ring 12 is coaxially arranged in the periphery of an inner ring 11, a plurality of cylindrical rollers 13 is interposed between the inner ring 11 and the outer ring 12, and the cylindrical roller 13 is separated into a plurality of segments 17, wherein a small-diameter roller 18 smaller in diameter than the cylindrical roller 13 is interposed between the segments 17.
