PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system capable of efficiently generating electrical power by utilizing a heater using vaporization heat. SOLUTION: A power generation system (10) utilizes a heater (12) using vaporization heat, the power generation system being configured to generate electrical power by supplying all or part of steam generated by the heater using vaporization heat to a steam turbine (30) and thereby rotating the vane (30b) of the steam turbine. The heater using vaporization heat has a combustion unit (14), a body (18) which is disposed above the combustion unit and in which a spiral tubular structure (18a) is disposed, a vaporization tank (22) disposed above the body and communicating with the tubular structure, and is configured to vaporize water supplied to the tubular structure by heating the water by combustion in the combustion unit and to reserve the formed vapor in the vaporization tank.
