PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device which enables a water discharge pipe to be housed in nonuse, and which enables the water discharge pipe to be used without inconvenience in use. SOLUTION: This water discharge device for being mounted in a liquid storage tank 1 includes a lead-in pipe 2 which is arranged in the state of being almost vertically inserted the liquid storage tank 1, and the water discharge pipe 3 which can discharge a liquid in the liquid storage tank 1 to the outside; the lead-in pipe 2, which is formed in a cylindrical shape, has a first water entry hole provided in a side surface; the water discharge pipe 3, which is formed in an approximate L-shape, comprises a vertical pipe portion 3a having a second water entry hole provided in a side surface, and a horizontal pipe portion 3b having a spout 7 provided in a leading end area; the vertical pipe portion 3a of the water discharge pipe 3 is turnably inserted into the lead-in pipe 2; and the horizontal pipe portion 3b is elongated to the outside of the liquid storage tank 1. When the horizontal pipe portion 3b is turned in a predetermined direction, the first water entry hole of the lead-in pipe 2 and the second water entry hole of the vertical pipe portion 3a of the water discharge pipe 3 communicate with each other, so that the liquid in the liquid storage tank 1 can be discharged from the spout 7 of the horizontal pipe portion 3b of the water discharge pipe 3.
