PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition and a prepreg, each excellent in thermal conductivity, low in dielectric loss tangent, and useful for producing a laminated form with high flame retardancy, and to provide the laminated form. SOLUTION: The polymerizable composition includes: a cycloolefin monomer; a polymerization catalyst; a crosslinking agent; a thermoconductive filler; a phosphorus-containing flame retardant; and a metal hydroxide-based flame retardant. In the composition, the weight ratio (the thermoconductive filler/phosphorus-containing flame retardant/metal hydroxide-based flame retardant) is (30-60):(10-40):(15-60). A crosslinkable resin molded form and a crosslinked resin molded form each using the composition are also provided.
