PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide an inexpensive hanging fixture for liquid pool prevention type electrodeposition coating which prevents air pocket and liquid pool, has a simple structure and further has excellent operability, safety and economical efficiency, and to provide an electrodeposition coating method. SOLUTION: Two U-shaped frame bodies are provided, one frame body serves as a front side hanging fixture boy having a hanging hook at the upper end and another frame body serves as a rear side hanging fixture body having a detachable hanging stay for adjusting the height at the upper end. Both hanging fixture bodies are pivoted to be rotated around a shaft to be arranged side by side with a prescribed space in the front and the rear in both side pieces of a fixing member of the frame body having a U-shape as the whole shape. Each fixing member is provided with a fixing engagement implement for temporarily fixing a product to be processed having a cylindrical part, each of both hanging fixture bodies is provided with a stopper for limiting the rocking angle of the fixing member. The front side hanging fixture body and each fixing member are connected with a wire for passing current and are insulated by fitting an insulating resin made bushing with flange and a resin made washer to a plurality of the shafts.
