PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent comprising two components for dyeing and/or bleaching keratinous fibers, particularly human keratinous fibers such as hairs. SOLUTION: The agent for dyeing and/or bleaching keratinous fibers is composed of a first composition (A) comprising one or more basifying agents, and a first composition (B) comprising one or more oxidants. At least one of the compositions (A) and (B) includes one or more fatty substances containing no carboxylic acid functional group. The total amount of fatty substances in the mixture of components (A) and (B) accounts for at least 20 mass% based on the total mass of the mixture, and at least one of the compositions (A) and (B) comprises one or more specific sequestrants.
