PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition for a substrate storage container gasket, which has excellent injection moldability and flexibility and has a small amount of organic substances attached to the surface of a substrate due to a small amount of volatile gas generated and a gasket molded product for substrate storage container. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyester-based elastomer resin composition for a substrate storage container gasket 50-98 wt.% of a polyether ester block copolymer (A) having a modulus of elongation of ≥35 MPa, 2-50 wt.% of a polyether ester block copolymer (B) having a modulus of elongation lower than that of the polyether ester block copolymer (A) by ≥5 MPa in which the thermoplastic elastomer (B) is a dispersion phase and has a modulus of elongation of ≤40 MPa and an amount of volatile gas measured by a static headspace method under heating conditions at 80°C for two hours based on weight of ≤3 ppm.
