PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose repeater for allowing a call to be made from radio communication equipment with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The repeater includes a network interface connected to a network as a data communication network, a radio equipment interface to which the radio communication equipment is connected, a storage unit which stores destination information on a communication party device in telephone communication via the network, and a call processing unit which monitors an audio signal input from the radio equipment interface, determines an input voice of the audio signal as a call instruction signal when the audio signal continuously exceeds a predetermined sound volume level for a predetermined time, and performs call processing using the stored destination information.
