An energy-saving method for gas combustion includes following steps: 1) gas enters a hearth for one time or times of compression and expansion; 2) air is introduced into the hearth and mixed with the gas; 3) igniting the gas, the volumes of the gas and the air are rapidly expanded and compressed in the hearth, and the bonds of the gas molecules are cracked consequently; 4) the gas rotates in the hearth at high speed and is fully combusted in a stove body to emit heat; 5) when gas combustion occurs, the gas is preheated before entering into the hearth. A burner using the energy-saving method for gas combustion includes a safe valve (1), a stove body (2) and a siphon preheating gas drum (3). An expander (4) is arranged in the hearth (21) of the stove body (2). The stove body (2) is surrounded by the siphon preheating gas drum (3) having an annular shape. A baffle-plate (5) with a round hole (51) in its center position is installed on the stove body (2). The gas in the burner is continuously expanded and decomposed, so that the gas is combusted more fully and energy is saved. |
