摘要 The NaxVOPO4, nH2O thin film is electrodeposited from an aqueous solution containing O.1M of vanadyl sulfate and 1M of pH-adjusted (1.9; 2; 2.1) phosphoric acid. The thin film is produced by galvanostatic oxidation or by voltamperometric cycling. The electrodeposition reaction is carried out in two steps: oxidation in soluble species followed by precipitation. The influence of the synthesis parameters on the preparation of the NaxVOPO4, nH20 thin film is examined. The crystalline structure of the deposits examined by X-ray diffraction has been correctly indexed based on the Na0.45VOPO4, 1.58H2O orthorhombic structure. The morphological study is carried out by electronic scanning microscopy and reveals a homogeneous surface. The size of the crystallites calculated from the rays (002) (023) and (131) using the Scherrer equation is 30 nm.
