<p>The disclosed server lends money to an exhibitor at a vehicle auction prior to the closing of bids on a vehicle. An exhibitor shop (3) exhibits a vehicle at an auction company (2), and the auction company (2) appraises the vehicle and informs a money-lending company (5) of the appraisal value. The money-lending company (5) determines a loan amount on the basis of the appraisal value, and pays the loan to the exhibitor shop (3). Afterwards, the exhibitor shop (3) causes participating shops (4) to bid on the vehicle at as high a price as possible at the auction. The money-lending company (5) receives the winning bid payment paid by a participating shop (4), and settles the difference between the loan and the winning bid payment with the exhibitor shop (3). In the above vehicle auction system (1), an auction server (6) calculates and notifies a management server (7) of the appraisal value of the vehicle, and the management server (7) determines the loan amount on the basis of said appraisal value, and outputs the loan amount.</p> |
