EFFECTIVE ELECTROLYSIS METHOD OF SEAWATER

PURPOSE: A method for electrolyzing seawater is provided to prevent the formation of scales on electrodes by eliminating metal components forming the scales during a seawater electrolyzing process. CONSTITUTION: A reverse osmosis process and a capacitive deionizing process are successively implemented with respect to seawater in order to eliminate metal components including magnesium and calcium from the seawater before the seawater is introduced into an electrolyzing bath(20). Micro bubbles are added to the seawater through the capacitive deionizing process. A manganese oxide electrode is arranged in the electrolyzing bath.
