CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A MORTAR TRUCK, MORTAR TRUCK USING SAME AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

A control system for a mortar truck, a mortar truck using the same and a control method thereof are provided. The control system for the mortar truck comprises a central control unit (100), a motor controller (200) and metering devices (300). The central control unit (100) comprises a trigger unit (110), a memory cell (120), a processing unit (130) and a reclaim instruction unit (140). Several parameters which can be set are stored in the memory cell (120), and the parameters characterize formulations and production information of producing asphalt cement mortar. The processing unit (130) and the reclaim instruction unit (140) can control a production process of the mortar truck automatically according to the formulations and the production information, so as to obtain asphalt cement mortar with pre-determined characteristics. The control system can control the mortar truck to produce a great variety of asphalt cement mortars. By using the control system, the mortar truck and the control method thereof have corresponding effect.
