A frequency modulation broadcast reception method and frequency modulation broadcast reception terminal are disclosed. The frequency modulation broadcast reception method includes the steps of: determining location information of the location of a frequency modulation broadcast reception terminal; determining area information of the location according to the location information; determining a radio station list corresponding to the area information; displaying the determined radio station list; and playing the program of the radio station selected from the determined radio station list. The frequency modulation broadcast reception method provides the updated instantly radio station list, and improves the agility of the frequency modulation radio reception; when the area where a frequency modulation broadcast reception terminal is located is switched, the updated instantly radio station list makes it convenient that the frequency modulation broadcast reception terminal uses less time to complete the switch and reception of frequency modulation broadcast signals of a new area.
