PURPOSE: A system for spraying fine particles is provided to prevent liquid chemicals from being exposed to high temperature and to secure a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A system for spraying fine particles comprises: a chemicals tank(110) which stores liquid chemicals; an air compressor(120) discharging gas of high pressure; and an injection nozzle(130) which is provided with chemicals solution from the chemicals tank through first piping(140), is provided with high pressure gas, provides a space for splitting the liquid chemicals into fine particles, and sprays the fine particles to the outside. In the first piping, a valve controlling the supply quantity of the liquid chemicals is installed. In the third piping, a pressure controller is installed.
