PURPOSE: A device for re-paving a road using waste ascon is provided to quickly lower a temperature using a cooling unit. CONSTITUTION: A main heat supply unit(50) is installed on the recycled ascon outlet of a stirring drum(30). The main heat supply unit transfers 300°C direct heat to the inside of the stirring drum. The heater line of a sub heat supply unit(60) converts external electric energy to heat energy. The sub heat supply unit supplies indirect heat to the inside of the stirring drum. The cooling unit(70) prevents the overheating of the inside of the stirring drum.
