USING SWITCH WITH EQUIPMENT DETAIL WORK CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for controlling equipment detail work using switch is provided to prevent influence on the performance of an operator and to obtain uniform result of work. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling equipment detail work using switch comprises next steps. A switch(10) combined in a joystick lever(1) is pressed. The electric signal of the switch pushing is delivered to a main control valve(30) and a controller(20) through an electric trace. The controller controls the flow rate and discharged pressure of fluid according to the manipulation of a joystick lever. A cylinder(40) controls the flow rate and minute pressure of the fluid toward a cylinder according to the flow rate and discharged pressure of fluid. The controller feeds back the information of flow rate and output pressure of the fluid which is discharged from the main control valve.
