GENERATION COMPOSITION FOR INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS WITH SHH AND OCT4, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition for inducing redifferentiation from somatic cells to embryonic stem cells using Shh and Oct4 is provided to treat various diseases and evaluate drug or chemical toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing redifferentiation of somatic cells to embryonic stem cell-like cells contains a Shh expression vector in which Shh-encoding nucleic acid molecule is inserted; and an Oct4 expression vector in which Oct4-encoding nucleic acid molecule is inserted. A method for preparing the embryonic stem cell-like cells comprises: a step of culturing fibroblasts in a medium; a step of performing transfection of a vector containing Oct4 gene to the fibroblasts; and a step of culturing the fibroblasts.
