An anti-inflammatory product for use in treating a nasal condition, preferably the anti-inflammatory product comprises a steroid, wherein the product is delivered to a nasal airway of a subject by closing the oropharyngeal velum of the subject and delivering the product with a gas flow into one nostril of the subject at a driving pressure to flow around the posterior margin of the nasal septum and out of the other nostril of the subject. |
