PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive structure which has a sufficient adhesive force for a structure etc. in a temperature range of an air temperature of the order of 10°C, in a slip layer satisfying characteristics required for the whole slip layer; and to provide a slip layer sheet equipped with the adhesive structure. SOLUTION: This adhesive structure includes an asphalt layer facing soil, and the adhesive layer for an underground structure. In the adhesive layer, a storage elastic modulus for a loading time of one second at 10°C (at a frequency of 1 Hz) is 1×10<SP>5</SP>Pa or less; and a loss tangent tanδ is 1 or more.
