PURPOSE: A multimedia web editor apparatus and method thereof are provided to modify a multimedia and an HTML document a WYSIWYG mode. CONSTITUTION: A WYSIWYG(What You See Is What You Get) tool supplying part supplies an HTML(Hypertext Markup Language) document supplying part, a control toolbar, and a WYSIWYG. A task content supplying part supplies task content about the WYSIWYG tool. A help supplying part supplies a help to the control toolbar or the WYSIWYG tool.
