PURPOSE: A remote metering system for recharge of an electric vehicle is provided to charge an electric vehicle by detecting a user and perform an automatic billing with respect to the amount of electricity used per user, thereby notifying a charging fee merged with the existing bill including waterworks, gas, heating, and etc. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of charge terminals(200) is installed in a parking lot of building, and etc. A center management server(150) performs monitoring and information processing of a building or a whole district. The center management server comprises a billing server(160). A controller unit comprises a communication unit(240), a controller(230), and charge power selecting unit(270). One of the controller controls a plurality of charge terminals.
