PURPOSE: A composition containing Sparassis crispa extract with antioxidation is provided to remove DPPH and superoxide anion radical. CONSTITUTION: A composition with antioxidation contains hot water extract of Sparassis crispa as an active ingredient. The Sparassis crispa is a fruit body of Sparassis crispa. The hot water extract is prepared by hot water extraction of the Sparassis crispa fruit body with the water at 95 °C for two and a half hours and decompressing. A pharmaceutical composition with antioxidation contains the hot water extract as an active ingredient. A health food composition or cosmetic composition with antioxidation contains the hot water extract as an active ingredient.
