PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to prevent the corrosion of a transparent electrode by fundamentally preventing the formation of acidic catalysts through the suppression of external water osmosis. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film includes an anisotropic conductive layer, an insulating layer and a barrier layer. The barrier layer comprises includes a biamphiphilic material having lipophilic groups and hydrophobic groups. The anisotropic conductive layer comprises conductive particles having an average particle diameter of 2-10 micron. The surface tension value of one side of the barrier layer is the same as that of the insulating layer.
