PURPOSE: A voice coil motor is provided to prevent interference between a yoke and a housing by arranging the evasion space of solder, occurred when a coil and a leaf spring are soldered, in a bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A voice coil motor comprises a bobbin, a housing, a magnet, a coil(200), a leaf spring, a soldering unit(310), and an evasion unit(320). A lens is installed in the bobbin. The bobbin is movably accepted in the housing. The magnet is installed in the housing. The coil is installed outside the bobbin and faces with the magnet. The leaf spring elastically connects the bobbin to the housing. The soldering unit is electrically connected to the coil at the leaf spring. The evasion unit evades the interference of the soldering unit.
