PURPOSE: A helical axis locking release type bone syringe is provided to efficiently perform the movement of a piston and cement grouting by moving a helical axis linearly. CONSTITUTION: A helical axis locking release type bone syringe comprises a main body(10), a piston(20), and a helical axis(30). A space part(12) is formed inside the main body. The piston is inserted into the space part of the syringe body and supplies and compresses contents. The helical axis is connected to the piston. A handle(35) is combined with the top of the helical axis. The screw cap is formed in order to be locked or released from the upper part of the main body.
