PURPOSE: An embossed plastic bag forming device is provided to improve the productivity of the plastic by rapidly and detachably attaching a plurality of embossing and forming roller from one roller shaft. CONSTITUTION: An embossed plastic bag forming device comprises an mounting bracket(20), a support bracket(30), a mounting plate(40), a first and second, third and fourth roller shafts(50,60,70,80), an embossing-roller(90), and a forming roller(110). The first, second, third, and fourth roller shafts are installed in the both side of the mounting plate and the support bracket in the horizontal state. The embossing-roller and forming roller are successively fixed and coupled on the outer circumference of the first and third roller shafts by turns. The forming roller and embossing-roller are by turns fixed and coupled to the second and fourth roller shafts, oppositely to the first and third roller shafts. One side of a plastic bag(10) passes through the first and second roller shafts to have concavo-convex embossing patterns on inner and outer surfaces. The other side of the plastic bag passes through the third and fourth roller shafts to have concavo-convex embossing patterns on inner and outer surfaces.
