ANTI-BIOTIC COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for the antibiotic coating of a heat exchanger are provided to rapidly and easily coat a heat exchanging element with antibiotic silver nano particles using the thermophoretic effect of a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A method for the antibiotic coating of a heat exchanger is as follows. Antibiotic nano particles are produced by generating a spark discharge formed by applying a high-voltage to a spark generator(120). The antibiotic nano particles are mixed with high-temperature carrier gas and are put into one side of a heat exchanger(200). Low-temperature gas is put into the other side of the heat exchanger. The surface of a heat exchanger unit(250) is coated with antibiotic nano particles using a temperature gradient generated through the heat-exchanging of the high-temperature carrier gas and low-temperature gas.
