<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decision method capable of easily deciding forgery or alternation, in a dielectric material such as a card. <P>SOLUTION: Signal waveforms detected from a plurality of multilayer dielectrics are compared by use of a pulse electrostatic stress method applying a pulse voltage to the multilayer dielectric comprising a plurality of layers having different dielectric constants, and detecting pulse-like stress generated in the multilayer body at that time, so that similarity between the multilayer dielectrics is decided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
