PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical report system to easily specify a person to input report information by enabling input of plural pieces of signature information for one report and to enable flexible and prompt retrieval by storing the inputted report information by inserting a retrieving object identifier into a character string of the report information. SOLUTION: Each piece of signature information is inputted and added to the report information which is inputted by being discriminated between, for example, findings and diagnosis from a report information input part 1b from a signature information input part 6b. The inputted report information and signature information are stored in a report information managing part 3a by being related to each other. In addition, for example, a retrieval information identifier is inserted into the character string of the report information. A retrieval key character string is specified in a retrieval condition input part 5b, the retrieval key character string to coincide with the character string in the report information is retrieved in the report information managing part 3a and its retrieval result is displayed on a retrieval information display part 5c. |
