<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial closed water area of which the bottom turns aerobic when water flows into the water area. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial closed water area 1 has a water-conducting pipe for making water 110 flow into a depression 101, and an impervious sheet 10 which is laid on the ground surface of the depression 101 for preventing a water leakage from the depression 101.
