PURPOSE: A data output circuit is provided to improve the skew property of output data by using a level shift. CONSTITUTION: A power domain change unit(161) varies the power domain of a plurality of first clocks. The power domain change unit generates a plurality of second clocks. An output unit(131) shifts the voltage level of a plurality of data. The output unit selectively outputs a plurality of level shift data. A repeater(120) transfers a plurality of second clocks to the output unit. An output control unit(110) outputs a plurality of data clocks as a plurality of first clocks.
