AIR COMBUSTION BURNER FOR BLAST FURNACE GAS

PURPOSE: An air combustion burner for blast furnace gas is provided to prevent blowout of flame and stably generate flame without pilot flame. CONSTITUTION: An air combustion burner for blast furnace gas comprises a fuel injection nozzle(10), an air jet nozzle(20), and an igniter(40). The fuel injection nozzle sprays the blast furnace gas supplied through a fuel supply port(11). The air jet nozzle surrounds one part of the fuel injection nozzle. The air jet nozzle sprays the air which is provided through an air supply port in order to mix the fuel and air. The igniter is fitted in the air jet nozzle. The igniter makes the gas mixture of the air and fuel. A main fuel jet hole is formed on the center one end of the fuel injection nozzle. One or more secondary fuel jet holes(13,15,16) are formed on the main fuel jet hole in the radial direction.
