PURPOSE: A precipitating type filtering apparatus using a cylindrical compressed active carbon filter is provided to implement a back-washing process with respect to the filter using water without chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical compressed active carbon filtering part, a first valve, a washing water supplying pipe, a washing water pump, and an air introducing pipe are prepared. A purified water discharging pipe(2) is arranged at the upper side of the filtering part. The first valve is arranged at the purified water discharging pipe. The washing water supplying pipe is drawn from the purified water discharging pipe and includes a second valve. The washing water pump compulsively introduces washing water by being in connection with the washing water supplying pipe. The air introducing pipe introduces compressed air.
