PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of porosity amphiphile block copolymer microfiber is provided to be usefully used for a drug delivery system or organization engineering. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device of porosity amphiphile block copolymer microfiber includes a core solution injector; an outlet port; a sheet solution injector(40); and a fiber vent and has following processes. The core solution includes an organic solvent and an amphiphile block copolymer, is injected into the core solution injector(10) of a micro fluid device of the first claim, and is extruded through the outlet port of the core solution injector. The extruded outcome is touched in a main channel(30) with the sheet solution.
