PURPOSE: A portable terminal with a hinge apparatus is provided to secure parts mounting space in a second housing. CONSTITUTION: A hinge housing(201) is extended along a first hinge axis direction. The hinge housing is combined in a first housing(101). The hinge housing rotates around the first hinge axis on the first housing. A coupling member is fixed to a second housing(102). The coupling member is connected to the hinge housing.
