<p>The arrangement has a seal (3) i.e. radial shaft sealing ring (26), limited by first and second sealed cavities (4, 5) that are partially filled with respective sealed mediums (6, 7). A collecting module (8) is arranged on a side of the seal facing the second cavity for collecting leakage from the seal. A path sensor (25) i.e. optical sensor, of the collecting module is connected with an evaluation unit (12) in a signal communicating manner for determining the path of a differential pressure controlled membrane (24) reciprocating along the direction of the path sensor. The pressure in the first cavity is higher than the pressure in the second cavity, where the pressure controlled membrane is made of elastically resilient material or elastomeric material.</p> |
