PURPOSE: An integrated circuit is provided to attenuate noise which is generated in a power voltage and a ground voltage by sharing a first capacitor and a second capacitor. CONSTITUTION: In an integrated circuit, a first decoupling device is connected between a first power line(PL1) and a second power line(PL2). A first power supply voltage is applied to the first power line. A first ground voltage is applied to the second power line. A second decoupling device is connected between a third power line(PL3) and a fourth power line(PL4). A second supply voltage is applied to the third power line. A second ground voltage is applied in the fourth power line. A power line switching unit(4) switches the connection between the first and third power lines. The power line switching unit switches the connection between the second and fourth power lines.
