PURPOSE: A method for controlling QoS of indoor base stations and a mobile telecommunication system for the same are provided to secure QoS(Quality of Service) of an emergency user while offering premium service to a home user. CONSTITUTION: An indoor base station(200) controls a physical access of a terminal(10). The indoor base station encodes the access control result to an authentication message. An authentication server(80) constitutes QoS profile by connectors. An ASN(Access Service Network) gateway(50) applies different QoS by connectors.
